Scholarships

Taiwa Gakuen has its own scholarship schemes for overseas students. Students satisfying the predefined application criteria are eligible to apply for scholarships.

Overseas students scholarship scheme A

Amount Entire course fee is waived (minimum enrollment years)

Application criteria Overseas students entrance exam candidates, who satisfy the following criteria.
  • In addition to motivation to join the college, candidates having high willingness to understand and communicate with people from difference cultures
  • Candidates who have excelled in examinations certifying Japanese ability or candidates with excellent score at Japanese schools
Selection method
  • Interview (at the time of admission), composition and document screening

  • Hotel management course: 650,000 Yen
  • Travel and tourism management course: 570,000 Yen
  • Bridal management: course 650,000 Yen

Overseas student scholarship B is available to all students. However, the scholarship will be stopped in the case of falling to fulfill the promotion conditions to the next grade.

[Notes]

  1. Foreign candidates residing overseas are required to pay the initial installment within 20 days from the entrance exam. Foreign candidates residing in Japan are required to pay the initial installment within 15 days from the entrance exam. However, candidates who passed the 7th entrance exam are required to pay by the day before joining ceremony.
  2. Academic fees shown here are in installments, lump-sum payment of the entire amount is also accepted.
  3. In addition to academic fees, 70,000 Yen is required as miscellaneous cost (outdoor activities cost, study tour charges, off campus practical training fees), and 120,000 to 150,000 Yen is required for textbooks and instructional equipments.
